The Senior Project Manager, Business Solutions is responsible for managing and executing key business and omni-channel solution programs, projects, and priorities across Cartier North America. As a facilitator and motivator, this role will work across departments to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, successful delivery and adoption of programs and projects. The ideal candidate is experienced in team leadership, large scale project management, planning and execution; has strong communication, presentation, intrapersonal, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Key Responsibilities #1:

  • Digital Solutions Project Management
  • Support overall global picture, roadmap, and local market priorities.
  • Work in close collaboration with International, Richemont, IT and local key stakeholders on synergizing all digital solution asks and project management: establishing project governance, ensuring compliance, building process flows, managing sprints & product releases, facilitating workshops, leading multiple project streams, timelines, and overall planning.
  • Monitor and review project progress with relevant teams; adjust schedules and plans as needed; identify, communicate, and resolve issues to ensure project success. Manage capacity planning.
  • Provide recommendations on complex program dependencies that could affect the success of the project or other initiatives. Be critical of established processes and suggest relevant improvements.
  • Understand key partners objectives to drive strategic alignment - advise on solutions to achieve success and provide value.
  • Provide analysis and thought leadership to ensure success of the business's strategic goals, project deliverables and outcome.
  • Partner with Commercial teams on digital solution training, on-going adoption of tools, reporting and applications.

 

Key Responsibilities #2:

Advance & Support New Luxury Retail and Digital Solutions Opportunities

  • Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional subject matter experts to collaboratively develop, maintain and execute business technology and solution roadmaps and project planning.
  • Participation in conceptualizing system, technology and new luxury retail solution enhancements to optimize the effectiveness and scalability of processes and requests supporting the business.
  • Assist in specifying local requirements, manage developments, testing and providing key insights and direction for streamlined end-to-end user experience.
  • Oversight into market and competitive intelligence on in-store, Omni- channel innovations, trends, new tools, further development of new platforms.
  • Attending Omni-channel technology conferences, webinars, forums etc. Vet and propose new vendors, platforms & applications to advance business opportunities and maximize growth.

 

Key Responsibilities #3:

Support IT Related Topics

  • Collaborate, support and act as a partner for RNA IT within the Brand
  • Lead and coordinate Brand related digital solutions testing (includes user story and test script development, UAT/E2E/Regression testing, bug raising etc..). Change and enhancement request processes and escalation management. Release schedule and planning in partnership with IT & HQ.
  • In partnership with IT, manage quarterly Application Lifecyle Management audit review and communications.
  • Partner with Commercial Network on IT Ticket follow up, additional needs, closures and escalations when needed.
  • Oversight into Regional IT Hub program. Contribute to discussions on current issues, possible solutions and future recommendations. Lead follow up with Commercial partners.
  • Manage relationships with external developers, vendors and partners as needed.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB/ROLE?

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury, retail, or related field. Prior experience in a client-oriented environment -retail, operations or tech, specifically retail luxury industry is preferred.
  • Experience working in a global company is preferred.
  • Experience in a senior management role is required.

Required Experience:

  • Proficiency in project management (large and small scale), different methodologies (agile, waterfall etc.), continuous improvement, leading and facilitating workshops.
  • Strong experience in business acumen with ability to understand, influence and work across multiple disciplines with varying levels of leadership and teams • Expertise and working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, OMS, PBI) and other retail store digital applications. • Expertise in executing and delivering network-wide initiatives: defining project plans, roadmaps, coordinating resources, managing communication and implementation activities, developing all processes associated with program rollouts and ongoing support. Strong post-project analysis, post-mortem communication, and long-term vision for continuous improvement. • Knowledge, appetite and understanding of the competitive & industry, best practices, trends and evolving technological advancements

Technical Skills & Abilities:

  • Computer proficiency is mandatory, including MS Office suite and PM tools such as Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, Slack etc.
  • Management proficiency is mandatory.
  • Knowledge and the ability to connect the dots between different systems, perform data analysis and identify effective solutions.
  • Experience with user story & test script development, product release testing and coordination. Change and enhancement request processes /escalations.
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, strong leadership, organizational and presentation skills are required.
  • Proactive approach to analyzing business needs, creative, flexible, results[1]oriented thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Independent and self-starter. Strong in prioritization and time management.

  • Experience in working in a transversal & cross-functional departmental environment is required. Must possess strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Must embody team building, motivation, negotiation, and conflict-resolving qualities.
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; must be able to thrive within ambiguity.

Expected base salary range: $145,000 to $165,000.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
