 Overview

Reporting to the AVP of Events & Brand Experience, the High-End Experience Senior Manager is a key person for the Maison’s VIP strategy success.

You will be accountable for the implementation of custom & unique client experience offerings & one-to-one communications that elevate the Cartier VIP Client journey. 

As part of the overall Cartier Branding team, you uphold the ideals of Cartier’s excellence and leadership with a clear understanding of luxury service, defining and developing exceptional experiences and treatments.

You must have proven experience to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

 

 Responsibilities

 BRAND EXCELLENCE

  • In sync with the overall Maison’s strategy and vision, you lead the implementation of custom & unique VIP client journeys maximizing sales opportunities and elevating Cartier’s desirability and leadership position.
  • Based on selected clients lists, you manage top clients 360 journeys and experiences packages, offerings and giftings upon HJ International, local events, bespoke appointments, client’s milestones, and lifestyle events.
  • You develop strong relationships across the network, boutiques, and partner very closely with Client Engagement team and more especially High Jewelry business unit with an active role and vigilance on the plannings and experiences fit. Always proactive and seamless to our clients.
  • You play an active role in the budget allocation for top client experiences and manage the HE treatment budget.

 

 BRAND ELEVATION

  • You collaborate with the Events, Brand Experience teams, and HQ to develop a culture of information and best practice sharing, while being a key contributor in the development of Cartier guidelines for client treatment, tone & manner. You also support the network with local city guides development and management of retainer VIP concierge agency.
  • You develop a client-centric culture and promote the understanding of HNW clients’ expectations across the company. You constantly seek and share insights into the evolving needs of our top clients and champion new creative ways to maintain a high and individualized level of client experience and elevate the brand desirability.

 LEADERSHIP

  • You manage and develop a team of 2, with the ability to delegate and navigate through multiple projects at same time. You guide and support your team in the implementation of high-end client experience action plans and packages, providing clear and measurable KPIs.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6-8 years of work experience needed in luxury hospitality and/or events. Events and Client Treatment experience in the luxury retail environment is a benefit
  • Strong understanding of providing luxury service and exceptional experiences for Cartier customers
  • Constantly seeks new and creative ways to meet the changing needs of our client
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
  • Strong influencer with skills to persuade and negotiate
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent budget management skills
  • Creative problem solver, strong attention to detail, motivated, and a self-starter
  • Ability and willingness to shift between managing the process and providing “hands-on” work to ensure things get done
  • Ability to work effectively with all company levels from executives and senior management to outside partners and support staff
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently; demonstrates initiative
  • Must be a team player, enthusiastic, positive, professional, and polished
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed
  • Highly proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

 Expected Salary Range: $125,000 to $145,000.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
