Project Manager - Cartier Client Relations Center

The Cartier Client Relations Center Project Manager is responsible for leading several projects, which are connected to creating a larger strategy of deliverable(s). The purpose of these projects is to support the increasing the capacity, coordination, absorption, and retention of CRC Teams while upholding/improving the experience of our employees and clients. Through successful Project leadership you will help to support our diverse and inclusive culture where we all feel welcomed, valued and empowered to achieve.


  • Responsible for leading large, complex programs across multiple work streams, which may include transitioning multiple processes to multiple geographies, and be accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on time delivery of all the applicable deliverables across all work streams; including managing the people, process, and technology related activities required to set up and begin operations
  • Develops a detailed implementation plan in line with the agreed scope and resources
  • Partners with existing leaders to guide change management workshops and activities
  • Partners with Branding as well as design and construction teams to locate and develop a space with ensures a superior employee work environment
  • Comfortable making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to implement those decision
  • Leads a strong evaluation plan for the successive phases of the project to capture project performance and results.
  • Monitors project progress and communicates to stakeholders
  • Managing risks to avoid delays or harm to the employee or client experience
  • overseeing financial aspect and ensuring project quality


  • Degree in project management and 4+ years’ experience in a leadership position managing several projects successfully.
  • Specific expertise in Call Centers and/or Retail as well as relocation management, move management and/or facilities management
  • Experience managing, designing, implementing, and evaluating multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Proven ability to create and update project progress documents and deliver presentations.
  • Demonstrated management, and communication skills to liaise and advocate with key stakeholders including outside contractors.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate cross-culturally.
  • Ability and willingness to travel when needed
