This individual will report to the VM project manager and implementation of all visual merchandising and display functions for the 29 retail boutiques and 155 wholesale stores including: management of all PLV display material orders and stock levels; installation coordination of seasonal themes and product launches; creation and communication of VM directives and reporting to boutique directors, visual merchandisers and relative parties.  




Responsibilities for Retail:


  • Work with VM project manager on boutique seasonal theme orders, launches and specific animations  and installations for the retail network at a logistical level
  • Communicate VM Directives to boutiques, boutique management, and visual merchandisers for all display installations and upload to our library.
  • Update and maintain PLV spreadsheets with current references and upload all PLV catalogues to our library.
  • Manage and process all PLV order requests; compile monthly tracking reports of inventory levels, outstanding orders, and anticipate ordering needs through forecasting.
  • Organize and maintain photo library for theme and launch displays.
  • Create VM reports and send to Paris Headquarters after each theme and product launch installation.
  • Monitor, analyze and forecast department budget to coincide with strategic plan and budget line items.
  • Processing invoices and budget providing quarterly reports with VM project manager.
  • Set budget planning inventory objectives for seasonal themes, launch projects and basic line of generic displays.


Responsibilities for Specialist Retail:


  • Liaise with Paris Headquarters on seasonal theme order quantities and installations for all doors.
  • Develop individual presentations by door for all installations and visual initiatives.
  • Coordinate seasonal theme PLV for window installations for all the accounts in region with the warehouse, Regional and freelancers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates PLV delivery to all accounts and VM’s of custom windows, new animations, launches and ensures budgets are adhered to.
  • Oversees ordering, tracking and managing of PLV material inventory for Specialist Retail accounts in North America and Canada, making sure inventory is available to service accounts and openings in a timely manner through the forecast.
  • Order standard PLV for launches/animations, openings and coordinates distribution to each door.
  • Catalogue and maintain photo files and database of seasonal theme windows, concept displays and dimensions.
  • Process visual merchandising invoices and provides quarterly reports with VM project manager.





  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Required Experience


  • Minimum two years of relevant experience within retail Luxury


Technical Skills/Abilities


  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with strong PowerPoint and Excel ability in formulas and advanced functions are needed. Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus.
  • Budget/finance knowledge is a plus.
