MAIN PURPOSE:

We are looking for a C2/C3 Level Jeweller with goal to manufacture all type of High-End jewellery following Cartier guidelines (quality, technique, aesthetics, time) under the lead jeweller supervision. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manufacture all type of Jewelry product inside the Brand Quality Standards and aesthetics. Handmade techniques as well as semi handmade or casted on Gold and Platinum
  • Develop a real HJ expertise proper to the brand standards

  • Self-check on own work compliance with your lead/supervisor

  • Choose the best proper solution to achieve expected results and bring adapted and innovative techniques as part of the global objectives. Ability to share own techniques and learn from other team members. 

  • Manage the precious metal assigned to you by following the brand standard and compliance

  • Keep track of the labour spent on each pieces using the provided system and comply to the Standard Time of Operations provided

  • Follow the Health and safety rules

  • Maintain equipment provided to you and shared with other team member following the process implemented

  • After Sales Service of assorted jewellery pieces including and not limited to sizing and restoration

  • Knowledge of Stone setting is a plus (includes four prongs setting and other setting techniques)

  • Work with CAD designer from development to finish project 

  • Adhere to scheduled completion dates and special projects as required

  • Participate to all process improvement 

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Jewelry School diploma or equivalent or/and apprenticeship program 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in all phases of jewellery production and after sale service
  • Highly skilled with the ability to complete service requests under time constraints
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
