Position Overview: Cartier North America is seeking for an Administrator to assist with administrative function related to the production department and to assist customer service department to perform daily administrative operations in the NY Workshop.

 

Responsibilities

  • Production

    • Responsible for all administrative functions concerning to production
    • Consignments flow management
    • Oversee all local CS Reproduction orders.
    • Receipt and process to completion all set for you orders.
  • Administrative

    • Assist with reception and creation of HJ stock transfer to ship to designated boutiques.
    • Provide cross functional administrative support as needed.
    • Collaborate and communicate with multiple departments and stakeholders at various levels in a professional and timely manner.
    • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred. 
  • Previous administrative experience in a luxury or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Experience in logistics and manufacturing processes a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume request and competing priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills – Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, power point presentation and Windows is required, previous SAP experience preferred.
  • Gemological experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and service oriented attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision and uses sound judgment for decision-making skills.
