The Senior Cost Control Manager will work closely with the project managers and internal teams to manage all the financial aspects associated with construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for coordinating and executing all vendor contracts
- Manages cost control aspects including vendor onboarding, capex and opex budget forecasting and tracking, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow up , change order compliance, cash-out forecasting, close out and TA collection
- interface with contractors and vendors for requesting information or clarification related to invoices and change order
- Identify cost variances to approved budget by working closely with PMs to monitor and alert the Risk.
- Lead and mentor Cost control manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or construction management
- 10+ years of experience in relevant financial experience on capital construction for high end retail projects
- Inhouse experience preferred.
- Fluent in SAP, Excel
- Strong communication skills in verbal, and written format
- Strong knowledge of construction project life-cycles and cost.
