Senior Cost Control Manager (Store Design & Construction)

The Senior Cost Control Manager will work closely with the project managers and internal teams to manage all the financial aspects associated with construction projects.



  • Responsible for coordinating and executing all vendor contracts
  • Manages cost control aspects including vendor onboarding, capex and opex budget forecasting and tracking, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow up , change order compliance, cash-out forecasting, close out and TA collection
  • interface with contractors and vendors for requesting information or clarification related to invoices and change order
  • Identify cost variances to approved budget by working closely with PMs to monitor and alert the Risk.
  • Lead and mentor Cost control manager.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or construction management  
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant financial experience on capital construction for high end retail projects
  • Inhouse experience preferred.
  • Fluent in SAP, Excel
  • Strong communication skills in verbal, and written format
  • Strong knowledge of construction project life-cycles and cost.




Expected base salary range: $105,000- $160,000

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience
