The FP&A Senior Analyst is an integral part of the planning, analysis and reporting of Cartier North America’s consolidated results. Based in New York City and reporting to the FP&A Director, this role provides the opportunity to analyze financial data, manage the holistic Cartier North America strategic planning and estimate cycles (e.g. Monthly Close, Planning BU/LE/RF, cash flow), and create presentations to senior Cartier and Richemont management. This role will also specifically lead all FP&A activities for our Fragrance and Specialty Retail Teams.



  • Preparing accurate financial statement forecasts across different departments and business lines
  • Synthesizing large, complex datasets, understanding variances and drawing insights
  • Building dynamic financial model forecasts using excel and/or Power BI
  • Working closely with internal teams to develop and refine forecasting methodologies
  • Conducting financial analysis to support the growth of new business lines
  • Ad hoc projects as needed




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an FP&A role

Technical Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a drive to develop an understanding of the overall business
  • Deep understanding of how to interpret financial results and provide thoughtful analyses that will help drive strategic decisions throughout the company
  • Ability to distill data into concise takeaways for reporting to business leaders and management
  • Experience with SAP and Business Object (BO); experience with Power BI or other data visualization software is a plus
