Job mission

Contribute to the day-to-day operations of Cartier’s paid media channels across online and offline, including placement, execution, trafficking, and analysis of all campaigns. 

Ongoing support includes assisting the following: digital media campaigns, offline media plans across print & outdoor, building presentation materials and budgets and billing. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in advertising across both online and offline media channels.

 

Main accountabilities/objective of the position

Media Strategy & Execution: Assist the Integrated Media Team on Cartier North America’s annual offline and online media plans to drive brand awareness and equity through unified qualitative media formats at a grand scale across National and Regional audiences. 

  • National Media: assist the branding media campaigns across paid social, display and print
  • Regional Media: support the North America retail boutiques and wholesale retail partners via paid social, paid search, display, print & OOH media channels
  • Aid in the planning and implementation of campaigns across all channels: display, paid social, paid search, CTV, print & outdoor
  • Work closely with media and creative agency to ensure all parties are working towards the common goal and business objectives
  • Attend media publisher & partner meetings to build relationships
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively across teams (PR, Content, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Commercial, Performance/DTC) to ensure integrated media tactics are delivering on business objectives and goals
  • Assist with creative ordering & trafficking for all campaigns

 

Budgets & Billing

  • Assist with budget & billing support for all national, wholesale & retail media plans

 

Team Documents & Materials

  • Ability to build presentation materials to clearly communicate and visualize campaign recaps, media plans, budgets, competitive trends and performance reports is a valuable
  • Organize team meetings and circulate meeting minutes including key deliverables and timelines
  • Understanding of Asana, Smartsheet and general invoicing programs/software is a plus

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a background in marketing and/or media is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in media/advertising.
  • Previous experience in a luxury or retail is a plus.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment. High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of current media advertising landscape and a passion for marketing.
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, and major graphic/video file formats is a plus.
  • Experience with Windows OS.
  • Must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.

Expected hourly rate: $29 to $30.
