Reporting directly to the Commercial VP, the Commercial Intern will work with all collaborators of the department. This role will be accountable for giving support to the Commercial Team in different areas from sales performance management to reporting, tool maintenance, administrative tasks, and projects. This person must have proven experience in sales, be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and have very analytical and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1/ RETAIL OPERATIONS | ORDERS AND DELIVERIES 

  • Invoice/ Commercial invoice: create shipping labels and commercial invoices when shipping items to the boutiques.
  • Stationary orders: responsible to check orders placed on CaYzen and coordinate with copy express and boutiques for production and shipment.
  • Art of living items & tools: Determine the needs, implement, follow-up & receive feedback

    • CRM gifts

2/ LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Give support to the L& D Team:

  • Organize seminars
  • Presentations
  • Schedule Webinars
  • Maintain tools and database up-to-date
  • Retail University reports/monthly follow-up
  • GIA Reports/Monthly follow-up

3/ IT SUPPORT & TOOL MAINTENANCE
Give support to the External Boutiques & Watch Specialists in being the link between our stores and IT for the following tools:

  • Booster 
    • Create new users
    • Update passwords
    • Support the AM with Boutiques and Specialist upload sales in Booster and update the different reports on time.
    • Assist Business Analyst and AM on inventory check
    • Make sales modifications (sell-out/returns/exchanges) 
    • Ensure data is accurate
    • Assist users with questions
    • Training internal and external users
  • My Catalog
    • Create new users
    • Assist users with questions
  • Cayzen (and then My Atlas)
    • Create new users
    • Assist users with questions
  • Emails 
    • Open IT tickets for new passwords or reset password 
    • Follow-up with the sales staff 
  • iPhones
    • Give support to sales staff with the set-up process / enrolling the iPhones in our internal system. 
  • iPads
    • Give support to sales staff when needed.

 

4/ ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Support the Commercial Team with:

  • Invoices process 
  • Office supply ordering 
  • Shipping
  • Printing
  • Support in the preparation and execution of events/meetings (internal and/or client events)
  • Support in preparation of presentation

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.  Master’s degree a plus.
  • Required experience: Prior experience in business analysis, marketing, sales, and/or retail is a plus.
  • Technical Skills and abilities
    • Strong IT literacy with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.  
    • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish); French & Portuguese a plus. 
    • Analytical skills – comfortable with figures.
