A key priority for this role is to partner with the President & CEO, members of the Executive Committee (ExCo), all of the organization’s leaders, and the International Internal Communication team to implement and execute the Cartier North America’s communication strategies. This is an exciting challenge for a digitally savvy, high-energy, impactful professional poised for the challenge of this role that is imperative to contribute and directly impact Cartier North America’s objectives and most importantly, their most important assets, the teams.

  • Support with content creation and publication on Cartier Connect and internal social channel, as well as employer branding efforts (both written video content) to engage and inspire employee population.
  • Manage continuous updates of a calendar for internal channels, while also working with Manager to streamline flow of communications throughout the organization.
  • Partner with IC Manager on internal strategic events, owning event logistics and planning  – catering, RSVP lists, outside vendors. Reach regional and retail population as well.
  • Assist in ongoing evolution of department, including generating fun, creative new ideas to enhance employee engagement, and helping with communications measurement.
  • Process invoices, track IC budget, maintain vendor relationships.
  • Assist team with presentations and templates for company-wide events and strategic initiatives.
  • Support in researching internal communications best practices, trends, and technologies in order to make recommendations for new tools and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, attention to detail is a must.
  • Event management skills a must.
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and major graphic/video file formats.
  • Must be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
  • Must display maturity in interfacing with executives and handling confidential information.
  • Must take and active interest in the luxury industry and competitive landscape.
