MAIN PURPOSE

 

As part of the Cartier India team in the role of V.I.E - Business Analyst, you will be directly assisting the Country Manager in transversal projects and reporting in strategic plans and analysis, follow-up the communication budget with all entities,consolidate the Budget and LE’s, per product line and per network in collaboration with the Business Development team.

 

You willd act as a key business analyst contributor and key user referent for IT system, will participate in consolidating marketing and communication competition performances and initiatives as well as lead survey and reports on competitors activities within the territoy.
 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

 

1. Strategic plan definition and elaboration

  • Participate actively to the definition and elaboration of the 3-years plan for Cartier India each year with ExCo members (preparation meetings, directions, key recommendations and structuring the different inputs from all departments).
  • Prepare and share all accurate analysis (products, network, trends, currency, stocks…).
  • Contribute to the formatting of the plan and the checking of quantitative data.

 

2. Business analysis & key contributor to sales reports

  • Prepare and send the product budget monitoring file to directors on a monthly basis.
  • In charge of all the marketing reports (including consolidation of quaterly and annual performances per network and product line).
  • Provide help and support to the other departments and their users’ specific requests.
  • Answer Ad hoc reports as necessary as per management request.

 

3.  Communication budget follow-up 

  • Elaborate the communication budget per discipline and in close collaboration with all departments.
  • Validate and make the necessary adjustments with the Regional teams and Central HQ.
  • Last Estimate follow-up on a monthly basis based on Finance statements.


4. Manage internal/external presentations

  • In addition to the strategic plan, in charge of all key presentations for the Directors or ExCo members (Central HQ visit / Mar Com business review / strategic projects overview).

 

5.  Competition and pricing follow-up 

  • Consolidate competition product performances per network, product categories, etc.
  • Follow-up on pricing evolution and currency.
  • Consolidate markets studies and follow-up on local trends.

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in from Business / Engineering School.
  • Relevant professional experiences (internships considered) in Business and Financial Analysis, Strategy within an international context.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and a Business Intelligence tool.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of French & Arabic is a plus.
  • Operational skills with “hands-on” mentality.
  • Focused, target oriented, & organized.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues in team environment and international context with rigor and high level of requirements.
  • Presentable & customer oriented.

Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position, and motivations

Subsequently, you will be meeting with International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role

Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
