SEE Client Experience Specialist

 

How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Collaborate with boutique management & commercial team to define the best strategy, approach & tools to deliver an exceptional welcome to every client upon entry and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout the client visit

  • Be a reference for sales team on internal tools used to handle appointments and queue management. Prepare for high traffic periods so that the boutique is equipped with all additional tools and resources needed to handle incoming client flows in a timely and elegant manner

  • Assist the commercial operations & experience manager in deploying omnichannel services across all networks (boutiques, external boutiques, travel retail, retail partners)

  • Coordinate trainings, provide support and liaise with CRC on cross channel client cases. Follow-up on adoption rate and impact on client experience

  • Assist the boutique in organizing client experience related elements (such as food and beverage, personalized installation). Partner with commercial operations manager and boutique team on successfully managing the boutique supply inventory including replenishment needs for sales and hospitality areas

  • Assist the commercial team in the daily usage of Cartier RetailOS apps (internal tools for boutique staff). Provide ad hoc training for newcomers, collect feedbacks to communicate with HQ teams, report incidents in case of misfunctioning and suggest new developments

  • Facilitate the organization of ongoing or special animations and events (including Milan Montenapoleone boutique bar experience), ensuring clients & guests experience is maximized at all stages. Collaborate with events team & boutique management to smoothen the process for boutique staff

  • In collaboration with boutique referents & communication teams, gather information & recommendations on cities specific venues (directions, restaurant reservations, entertainment requests, floral orders, etc.). Develop a digital format to share with boutique team, so that they can use it with clients

 

How will you experience success with us? You will:

  • Bring relevant previous experience in line with this role, possibly within hard luxury

  • Demonstrate an excellent use of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point

  • Project management (proven experience in using tools such as Asana, Trello, Kanban boards, are a plus)

  • Demonstrate analytical experience, especially related to competitor analysis and data management

  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Italian

  • Innovative & creative spirit. Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning 

  • Ability to adapt your communication to multiple kind of audiences

  • Strong understanding of client needs and priorities

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Contribute to a positive and productive environment by creating a highly collaborative network
