Mission

he/she coordinates the strategy and implementation of the full learning and development cycle along with employer branding activities and internal communication according to the People Development and the Business Strategy

 

Key Responsibilities

Training plan

He/she works on the training needs analysis and the training plan definition

He/she coordinates the implementation of the trainings and proactively proposes solutions to design new ones (e.g. proposes local new solutions by internal and external partnerships; using corporate solutions and adjust those locally).

He/she defines the training calendar, manages organization and logistics of in-class training programs and e-learning platform.

He/she conducts in-class training session.

He/she creates internal training and initiatives

 

Measures and follows actions

Be on the lookout for any relevant tools and trends (website, book ..)

Attend events related to the Learning and Development field (internal & external)

Propose and select high quality partners (internal & external)

Evaluate participants’ satisfaction (in class & e-Learning) & collect managers’ feedback

Adjust and Improve contents if necessary

Create follow-up tools (quizzes, feedback, challenge)

Monitor the eLearning activities

Record all staff training

 

Budgets and costs

He/ She guarantees the proper administration of the Training budget and costs.

 

Employer branding strategy

He/she defines the local employer brand strategy with the Head of HR

He/she takes care of Universities relationships

He/she manages all events and employer branding initiatives

 

Internal communication

He/she manages all internal communication activities (newsletters, internal tools)

He/she proposes new communication approaches

He/she update the Intranet and the Internal Social Media with different contents
