The Accessories Marketing Manager is responsible for developing/creating the conditions for success of Cartier Accessories and Fragrances in Italy and Greece becoming an expert on the soft, hard and fragrances lines.

 

STRATEGY & ACTION PLANS
• Adapt the central guidelines to the SEE market specifics and clearly identify top business, image and clients priorities, in close relationship with the Head of Marketing and Client Development.
• Maximise new launches sales and visibility: suggest, develop, implement and follow-up 360’ action plans, engage all teams ( Fragrance commercial team, Merchandising, Client, Service, Communication & PR teams, Boutiques…)
• Be source of proposition to test and learn new innovative projects (e-commerce, digital etc)
• Monitors market and competitors trends, study & identify market opportunities

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & COMMERCIAL SUPPORT

• Develop a strong knowledge of the product category from a technical, storytelling, clients and commercial point of view.
• Work closely with theMarketing/PR teams to promote Cartier creations and build the brand awareness such as new collections amplification, shootings product selections, endorsement.
• Collaborate with Boutique team, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to ensure relevant product availability and visibility in all point of sales.
• In order to promote e-commerce sales, analyse accessories visibility on cartier website and propose actions to increase conversion and client journey. Collaborate with media team to set up efficient drive-to-site and conversion campaigns to increase e-sales and reach new clients.

 

PEOPLE TRAINING, ENGAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
• Animation of the Accessories Relais community all year long
• Act as an expert on the accessories and provide strong training support to the boutiques and the Relations Center ambassadors
• With Fragrance product manager, plan and deliver fragrance training for all channels including retailers

 

PROFILE:
• University/ business school Graduate.
• 3 to 5 years marketing experience, with previous luxury background, or a refined understanding of luxury.
• Previous experience in the fashion industry. Experience in the fragrance/cosmetic industry would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers.
• Pro-active behaviour with proven skills of leadership. First experience of management is required.
• Organized, pragmatic and results-oriented person.
• Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce within fashion industry would be a plus
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, BI. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus.
