V.I.E - Fragrance Product Executive - Miami

MAIN PURPOSE

As part of the Marketing Team for the South America Region, in the role of V.I.E - Fragrance Product Executive, you will play a critical role in the success of the Fragrance Category by contributing to the execution of the Marketing plan across Latin America and the Caribbean. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 18 months and ideally starts in November 2024 depending on visa requirements, the position is based in Miami.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• VISUAL MERCHANDISING
• Update the merchandising guidelines seasonally.
• Liaise with HQ on a regular basis seeking approval of in-store activations adhering to our retail partners deadlines. 
• Provide renderings and/or guidelines for in-store activations.
• Update all visuals at POS in accordance with the marketing calendar.

• TRAINING
• Support with product training of our fragrance collections via virtually and/or in-person.
• Consolidate post training reports and present best practices on a quarterly basis 

• DIGITAL & COMMUNICATION
• Manage brand presence on e-retailers websites.
• Increase brand visibility on e-retailers ecommerce pages.
• On a quarterly basis develop and share the content calendar encouraging organic post on retailers social media pages.
• Audit retailers social media pages and ecommerce.

• ANALYSIS & REPORTING
• Provide monthly Business Review for the 3 regions (Mexico, Brasil, Carribean).

• OTHERS
• Ship PLV and collateral material to distributors and boutiques for events and in-store animations. 
• Manage the PLV master inventory file with quarterly updates.
• Support with the planning and execution of the Brand Manager Seminar

As an Fragrance Product Executive, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation. In order to be successful on this role, we expect that:

• You are graduated from a Master's in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
• You already had similar professional experiences in Product Management in the Luxury and/or Fashion Industry, ideally on the Fragrance category;
• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Spanish and French are a plus;
• You own good organizational skills, you are on top of your tasks at all times and ensure alignment across all parties;
• You own strong analytical skills and rigor, and have an expert Microsfot Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), some knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (such as PowerBI) is a plus;
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and high volume workspace;
• You demonstrate a curious mind, are highly collaborative and love to work in an international environment;
• You demonstrate a great sense of aesthetics, a creative and innovative spirit.

• Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position and motivations;

• Subsequently, you will be meeting with the International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role;

• Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
