WE WELCOME

 

Passionate and enthusiastic individuals curious about seeing & participating in the day-to-day projects of high-end luxury brands in the jewellery, timepiece & accessories industries for an L&D Manager position within the Swiss Market.

 

YOU WILL BE

 

Training & HR Development

  • Design and implement training and assessment programs to develop product expertise, service, sales and clienteling, and improve Boutique’s efficiency.
  • Identify training and development needs within the organisation and design training strategies aligned with business objectives based on the strategic plan.
  • Lead motivational and leadership programs for office and boutique teams.
  • Assess and recommend internal or external learning resources to support development plans.
  • As a trainer, lead sessions in line with Maison Cartier's expectations.

Project Management & Development

  • Elaborating and implementing a training plan consistent with theMaison’s strategic plan and HR cycle.
  • Managing and monitoring budget
  • Organize and coordinate pilot projects: participate in meetings with European markets, take part in content creation and L&D initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Guaranteeing a blended training strategy (digital, face-to-face) to ensure effective deployment.
  • Carrying out comparative analyses of the competition and trends in learning.

YOU ARE

 

  • Having a minimum of 7 years' professional experience, ideally in a retail or luxury segment, and you have worked in an international context.
  • Experienced in an L&D and/or HR development and/or Retail department.
  • Having a good knowledge of digital trends, the transformation of information technologies and their impact on the company, culture and management.
  • Autonomous, proactive and agile, with a pragmatic approach. You have proven project management skills.
  • Fluent in English any additional language is a plus.
