International Retail Performance Intern

We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Maison for an internship as International Retail Performance Intern as of July 2025 (6 months).

The International Retail Performance Intern will be immersed in our Maison, will assist the markets in the analysis of Business Performances and in the transition to full adoption of Business Intelligence tools.  By joining the Maison and the department, you will discover the functioning of a 360-degree approach environment, constantly collaborating and communicating with several departments and colleagues within the market.  

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Monitor business performance and support target setting

• Support monthly and weekly review of sales performance and creating ad-hoc reports
• Conduct sales performance analysis to identify business opportunities by network, boutique, product category and client segment
• Follow key performance indicators (AVB, UPT, Cross-selling etc.) and associated action plans when needed
• Provide ad hoc analyses on stores and staff productivity
• Support target setting process of the regions, based on past sales trend, macroeconomic indicators and network development

Support the team in deploying and following-up stores animations and processes

• Provide the stores with tools for a better match to traffic and monitor results through retail KPIs
• Support in the creation and maintenance of automated reporting dashboards, using business intelligence platforms such as Looker
• Review and improve the reporting to help the performance monitoring and support the teams in taking decisions 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You are a Bachelor or Master student in engineering, economics or finance
• You possess the ability to convert complex data into insightful information and actions plans
• You are data driven with a strong analytical mindset and skills
• You are curious with an agile mindset
• You are proficient in using advanced analytical tools and exploring vast amount of data, breakdown complex problems into their core components and provide actionable insights
• You possess excellent mastering of the MS Office suite
• You have knowledge in Looker, PowerBi is a plus
• You are fluent in English
