We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Maison for an internship as International Retail Performance Intern as of January 2025 (6 months).

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Monitor the business performance

  • Support monthly and weekly review of sales performance and creating ad-hoc reportings
  • Follow key performance indicators animation (AVB, UPT, cross-selling etc.) and the implementation of action plans when needed
  • Realize ad hoc analyses on stores and staff productivity

 

Support the team in deploying and following-up stores animations and processes

  • Provide the stores with tools for a better match to traffic and monitor the results on KPIs
  • Review and improve the reportings to help the performance monitoring and support the teams in taking decisions
  • Develop performance dashboard on Looker and excel tools ; create an ad hoc library of advanced data visualizations leveraging Looker and Excel

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You are a Bachelor or Master student in engineering, economics or finance
  • You possess the ability to convert complex data into insightful information and actions plans
  • You are data driven with a strong analytical mindset and skills
  • You are curious with an agile mindset
  • You are proficient in using advanced analytical tools and explore vast amount of data, breakdown complex problems into their core components and provide actionable insights
  • You possess excellent mastering of the MS Office suite
  • You have a knowledge in Looker, PowerBi is a plus
  • You are fluent in English
