We would like to talk to you about an opportunity to join, for one year, our International Retail Department, as International Retail Team Development Project Manager.

In this position, you will contribute to initiatives to boost performances across our Retail channels and markets with a specific focus on boutique teams related topics in close partnership with HR teams. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the boutique performance thanks to people spectrum.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Global retail people strategy

  • Contribute to the store team organization guidelines
  • Partner with HR to develop Retail talent acquisition initiatives
  • Monitor the client experience journey
  • Support on retail teams development and guidelines

 

Client Experience Performance Analysis

  • Interact with Markets on people and retail performance

 

Contribute to the International Retail cross-department initiatives

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related field
  • You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in Retail, a previous in-store experience is highly recommended
  • You possess a strong business acumen and forward-thinking vision
  • You have excellent project management competences and organizational skills
  • You are an enthusiastic team player, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationship with different stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken, another language is a plus
  • You are proficient with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
