If you are excited by the impact technologies can have on human experiences and ardent about driving global scale initiatives in HR, you might then be interested to join our International HR Digital & Data Department, based in Geneva, as International Digital HR Program & Portfolio Manager. 
In this new role, you will be responsible for providing global high level monitoring of all our Global HR initiatives while at the same time leading the global multi-year HR digital transformation program for Cartier.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Overseeing Global HR Digital Portfolio :
•    Oversee and report on all global HR initiatives at Cartier through neat and accurate Portfolio Dashboard
•    Define HR Portfolio standards in collaboration with Cartier Technology PMO
•    Maintain and sponsor project methodology standards for the HR PM community 
•    Support HR PM in defining Project governance and stakeholders Management
•    Animate the PM community to guaranty project progress accuracy and transparency
Managing global scale multi-year Program :
•    Partner with Richemont Group teams on the Global Digital HR Transformation Program
•    Drive the Cartier global Digital roadmap
•    Proactively report and communicate on program status, risks and issues
•    Manage all stakeholders including C-Level  ones
•    Set up effective program change and adoption strategy
Leading Projects :
•    Complementary and within the Global Program management, Lead some specific initiative
•    Collaborate with HR functional owners that sponsor initiatives
•    Create the project structure and plan accordingly to secure deliverables
•    Drive progress of the initiative until successful delivery 
Advocate Change management  :
•    Establish change management strategy for HR Digital projects
•    Co-create with HR Communication department appealing media that foster excitement and adoption
•    Design learning strategies that accelerate end user empowerment
•    Continuously listen to end user feedback to constantly adapt the change management approach

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB/ROLE?
•    You have 10 to 15 years of experience in Digital Programs and Project management in international context within complex Matrix organization
•    You have a proven record of success to manage, track and report on Portfolio of Projects 
•    You Master several Project Methodologies (Agile, ASAP, Prince, Waterfall, …) 
•    You have multiple experience with Cloud HR technologies deployment
•    You have exceptional Stakeholders management capabilities with sharp influencing skills
•    You are able to balance detail and high-level stakes to operate at both tactical and strategic level 
•    You have strong leadership skills  allowing teams to federate towards common objectives
•    You possess excellent written & communication skills with outstanding presentation skills
•    You are an open and pro-active team player with a high level of personal integrity and energy
•    You are Independent, responsible and have a solution oriented working style
•    You are fluent in English and French
