 MAIN PURPOSE

 

To sustain Cartier Digital Business Development it is key to identify high-value opportunities, improve the online shopping experience through data analysis.

 Within the International E-commerce department of Cartier, the International E-commerce analyst will have the following missions:

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  

  •  Ensure Data collecting & quality of our digital eco-system
    • Deliver relevant tagging plan after gathering needs from main stakeholders
    • Coordinate with Richemont Digital Services analytics team & 55 agencies to update GTM configuration
    • Test our new tagging plan through multiple testing environments
    • Monitor our web analytics data and identify any changes in our trends
    • Run web analytics testing to identify root causes of tracking issue
    • Define relevant KPI’s with internal / external clients to produce tagging plan & drive associated analysis
    • Set up & update Google Analytics following new implementations in tracking
    • Set up & implement new web analytics tools to collect new source of insights
    • Make sure A/B tests data are flowing to Google Analytics
       
  • Reporting and Insights about our Digital Performance
    • Pull multiple sources of data to update our monthly historical data (single source of truth)
    • Develop multiple dashboards (made with Tableau software, Google Data studio, SAP Analytics Cloud, …) for internal / external clients
    • Be a support for local markets regarding analytics questions
    • Work closely with Digital Communication teams to provide them analysis about their content performance
    • Collect raw data and convert it into an actionable format for Ecommerce Analyst
    • Suggest any A/B test or Change Request to Digital operations team that may improve U/X or boot e-commerce performance
       
  • Project Management & support in web analytics
    • Participate from kick off to post mortem to all e-commerce projects and coordinating with project managers located in Paris and Geneva to ensure web analytics data will not be impacted.
    • Provide all web analytics deliverables in a timely fashion respecting deadlines
    • Create JIRA tickets to report analytics issues and close follow-up on this
    • Participate and help weekly Change request meetings with analysis about the results of the changes implemented and any data that could help making business decisions

 

PROFILE

 

  • Master's degree in marketing, Data, Digital, e-commerce or related with 4 to 5 years of related experience in an e-business/digital environment
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
  • Someone who enjoys working with data, and thrives on the challenge of converting data into actionable insights
  • Strong interest in online media and digital innovations
  • Fluent in English and French
