We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Client Marketing Department, based in Geneva, as International Care Service Project Manager.

 

In this role, you work for the success of the Maison’s Client Services strategies and you are part of the International Care Services Team. You will focus on designing and running efficient and user-friendly care services offers & processes. You will work closely with Markets, Marketing, Manufactures, Operations, Richemont Customer Service teams and External Partners. As a project manager, you will ensure that the objectives of the project are clearly defined, and results delivered in due time.

You will report to the International Care Services Manager.

 

At Cartier, excellence is a must; this role will be key to contribute to the optimization of worldwide Client Services operations and actions. The position requires a strong project management skill, a strong client-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Define and implement attractive Customer Service solutions

 

  • Set and deploy the Cartier Customer Service solutions in collaboration with the different departments
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners
  • Have full ownership of the projects from the Brand perspective
  • Ensure successful rollout & change management
  • Keep a close and constant relationship and dialogue between the project team and markets to make sure the solutions meet their expectation
  • Carry out gap analysis between current situation and main requirement
  • Identify updates and improvements to be made, and define the action plan
  • Organize and help the users to express their needs and challenges
  • Prepare regular briefings and updates for ExCo members

 

Design and run smooth Client experience processes

 

  • Work closely with different Cartier partners to design an excellent experience to our clients via different channels (boutiques, e-com etc.)
  • Propose new ideas and deploy projects as requested

 

Collect and prioritize business requirements to enhance our systems

 

  • Collect enhancements and requirements from the key users’ community
  • Manage the business requirements backlog and support the Maison requests to Group Technology teams
  • Participate to workshops, co-design final solutions, support test and go-live phases

 

 

 

 

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You possess a Business School Degree or equivalent
  • You have at 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position, experience in Boutique is a plus
  • You have project management experience
  • You have a strong project management expertise, are curious about what engages with clients and looking for exciting position in a dynamic team
  • You possess strong organizational and project management skills
  • You are able to work simultaneously on multiple projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly customer-oriented, sense of luxury
  • You possess strong experience in multiple stakeholders’ management
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are Business/Results-oriented, data driven decision mentality
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and listening skills
  • You are rigorous and organized, attention to details
  • You feel comfortable working autonomously and as a real team player
