We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Retail Experience team for 12 months as International Retail Experience Senior Project Manager. Your role will be to create a new library of solutions to host successful solutions implemented by boutiques or global solutions designed to improve retail experience. The main audience of the library of solution will be our boutique managers and the local retail office teams.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Project management for the digital solution library

  • Define the scope and the architecture of the library based on client’s needs (Boutique managers & markets)
  • Define a project management process for solution

Project management to design a new digital communication platform

  • Define the user experience for an integrated digital platform to support a worldwide deployment
  • Work with agencies and Cartier digital team to design this new platform
  • Ensure a full integration of this new platform among Retail oS ecosystem

Design a new governance/workflow and a continuous improvement process

  • Define and create a new governance with other International Commercial Departments stakeholders to speed up solution implementation
  • Ensure a full integration between the library of solutions and continuous improvement governance for retail

Ensure library’s programming and curation

  • Founder network coordination 
    • Manage communication with solutions founder across the network (boutique/market hq/internaiton hq)
    • Collect initiatives and bring support to founders to formalize them
  • Define users’ journeys to curate the library ensuring relevancy of content
  • Define the library programming according retail strategy and boutique needs
  • Work closely with Boutique flows program team to identify local needs and specificities to improve the curation
  • Manage a communication plan to increase the audience of the library of solution and measure the audience

Active contributor to the entire scope of Retail experience department

  • Work transversally on various topics relative to the Experience design
  • Participate actively in the Boutique flows and continuous improvement deployment

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have 8-10 years’ experience with an experience in leading digital agency or a top consultant firm 
  • An experience in digital tool design and in the luxury industry would be a plus
  • You possess a strong interest in digital
  • You have strong project management skills
  • You possess a strong ability to work transversally with different entities across retail and beyond and are comfortable to interact with different level of the organization
  • You speak English fluently
