We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Security Department as Business Continuity Manager. In this role you will define and coordinate the strategic direction of Business Continuity Management (BCM) within Cartier. You will liaise with various partners to scope, develop, coordinate, implement, maintain, and improve a strategic and operational Business Continuity Management system. Further, the role supports and coordinates emergency and crisis management during disruptive events as required.



  • Partner with the business to further develop and define the internal BCM governance structure and framework within Cartier
  • Drive commitment, ownership, accountability, and results within the business for the BCM program
  • Ensure that business impact analysis are conducted to identify critical activities
  • Ensure that Business Continuity Plans and test schedules are established for identified critical activities and processes
  • Lead and coordinate BCM program implementation
  • Create a system for capturing learnings from disruptive incidents with the objective of growing resilience across the business
  • Develop and deliver awareness and training programs focused on growing resilience
  • Constantly identify new emerging risks that have the potential to disrupt business
  • Participate in the proper functioning of the Cartier Corporate Security Department and its strategy
  • Participate in local and international forums and conferences on BCM topics representing Cartier



  • You have 5-10 years’ experience in a similar position in a multinational company
  • You possess a certification in BCM and are certified (Information) Security manager
  • You possess extensive technical and practical insights in systems and processes
  • You possess strong stakeholder management skills
  • You have good people and communication skills at all levels within the organisation
  • You have business understanding and experience with providing solutions that meet strategic and operational business needs
  • You are at ease with negotiation/cooperation with management teams and project managers
  • You speak English fluently, French is a preferred
  • You are able to work outside business hours and on weekends is required. Business travel must be expected as part of the role
