Cartier is currently at the heart of an extraordinary digital acceleration, with ecommerce developments now more than ever before at the center of the Maison’s strategy.

To sustain Cartier’s Digital Business Development, it is key to identify high-value opportunities and continuously improve the websites and digital shopping experience across the entire network.


As International Online Retail Partnerships Manager, you will play a central role in the continuous improvement of online and ecommerce customer experience, to meet the client needs and expectations within all digital partnership environments.




In this role you will be responsible of:


Partner Digital Gateway

The Partner Digital Gateway is a non-transactional version of the Cartier.com embedded in external partners websites in order to facilitate client experience of Cartier creations to mirror the in real world experience of the brand.

  • Responsible for the continuous development of the gateway in line with developments on the Cartier.com
  • Development of the gateway including its integration into the larger Cartier network infrastructure to best ensure its longevity and efficiency
  • Ensure the gateway is compliant with all our legal responsibilities
  • Delivery of the Gateway to Watch Specialist, External Boutiques, Mall and Department Store, Travel Retail websites worldwide


Partner Ecommerce

  • Help the online retail partnership project managers and the markets to prioritize, initiate and deliver commercially and strategically important partnerships
  • Advise the markets on the closure of online partnerships as appropriate


Beyond eVALUE

  • Contribute your expertise to the ongoing discussions over our online partnership strategy in a fast changing and complex worldwide ecosystem
  • Define new solutions to fit the ever-evolving needs of our partners within the external digital ecosystem


Cross-Functional Dynamics

  • Participation in the Aurelia programme to define Luxury New Retails for the commercial department
  • Work closely and cross functionally with Commercial on the development of the gateway, and the technical decision-making
  • Advocate the importance of the project to market teams



  • You have a master’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience on technical projects
  • You have strong experience working directly with development agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • You have a concrete commercial background with a strong customer focus and a proven track record of delivering growth
  • You possess a good understanding of the online luxury landscape
  • An experience in management would be a plus
  • The understanding of the Chinese digital environment would be a plus
