We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Client Marketing Department, based in Geneva, as International Client Data Steward

The Client Marketing team is based on 4 pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge. This newly created position will be part of the Client Data & Knowledge team.
The acceleration of the client-centricity strategy has led to the launch of the new Client Marketing Platform offerings new opportunities for the Maison to connect and reconnect with customers. 
In this role, you will be responsible to drive data excellence across the systems from Data acquisition through Data consumption. You will act as a data citizen part of the data community and will work closely with various teams, part of Cartier (Data Office, Marketing, Commercial and Markets) as well as Richemont (Technology, Marketing, Security).  Your objectives will be to design standards, handle data requests, coordinate and control rules execution.



Improve Client Data Quality
•    Analyze client data quality issues
•    Perform client data quality check and provide analysis to support root causes identification
•    Define client data quality rules and controls
•    Follow client data quality operations performed by IT custodians or Data Office
•    Support Client Data cleansing actions for multiple Markets
•    Escalate unsolved issues to Domain Data Lead 


Support Client Data Strategy
•    Act as a Point of Contact for data users
•    Analyze and coordinate new data request with Product Owners to correct misalignments
•    Identify dependencies & opportunities for alignment of data
•    Control maintenance of client data business definition and data dictionaries
•    Define cleansing procedure for client data
•    Validate and coordinate client data controls within projects via user stories and test cases


Operate Client Data Monitoring
•    Set client data quality metrics
•    Partner with Data Office to implement data quality dashboards
•    Monitor data quality indicators and objectives
•    Lead weekly meetings to report issues and progress to data stakeholders


Share and collaborate around data
•    Promote client data quality awareness across the Maison (Markets, Projects etc.)
•    Liaise with Local Teams, Domain leads, Cartier, and Group Data Office 
•    Organize workshops around data management or critical issues
•    Actively participate to the Data community journey


•    You possess a master’s degree in computer sciences, Computer Engineering or related field
•    You have 2-5 years’ experience in Data Quality and Project Management including international exposure
•    You possess experience in data analysis / data quality / data cleaning and in Databases and SQL language 
•    You possess knowledge of Salesforce Eco-system (Commerce & Marketing Cloud) 
•    You have experience in Luxury Retail Industry and in Client Data Management 
•    You possess knowledge of JIRA and Service Now 
•    You are detail-oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    You are proactive and have can-do mindset with multi-tasking skills
•    You possess excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
•    You are able to interact with a wide variety of people from technical to c-levels
