This role will allow you to be part of the wider international HR team and you will be directly working with the responsible Director by supporting and deploying relevant projects across our Maison in the world.

As a successful candidate you understand the power of an inclusive, safe and meaningful workplace and can leverage relevant key metrics and research insights to drive positive business outcomes.



  • Manage dedicated projects on an international level around the topics of workplace, well-being and social responsibility towards our people
  • Coordinate, support and provide guidance to local initiatives within regions and markets to ensure that they are aligned with the overall Cartier social commitment and business objectives
  • Help to enhance relevant educational efforts, including contributing to the development of new workshops, training, tools and resources in close collaboration with the L&D team
  • Assist with relevant analytics, including tracking metrics, analyzing and generating dashboards to show trends and impact across programs and initiatives
  • Manage change effectively and accompany relevant stakeholders and those affected by the projects to maximize success
  • Prepare reports for key stakeholders and Cartier Leadership regarding the status of the projects in close collaboration with the Workplace & HR Social Responsibility Director
  • Provide clear and complete project documents as well as all other necessary documentation as appropriate
  • Ensure clear communication including site-wide emails, digital or physical assets, etc. to stakeholders and/or employees regarding operational impacts during project execution
  • Closely collaborate and align with other functions such as Cartier CSR, Health & Safety and the entire International HR team



  • You have a proven track record of around 5 years project management within a matrix organization leading international projects
  • You possess a genuine interest in social responsibility topics related to employees and are curious to constantly learn new things and challenge the status-quo
  • You have the ability to connect topics even outside of your scope to build a coherent message in line with Cartier’s company vision
  • You are at ease collaborating across different levels, functions and geographies
  • You like structuring multiple projects autonomously while collaborating within and beyond the team
  • You are used to work, present and write in English, any other language such as French would be a plus
