We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join, within the International Commercial Department based in Geneva, as International Senior Retail Performance Project Manager. This role will support the International Retail Performance Manager in defining and executing initiatives to drive performances across our Retail channels and markets with a specific focus on People-related topics.




Support the International Retail Performance Manager by monitoring performances and proposing dedicated initiatives/action plans, in particular:

  • Identify opportunities to improve Retail teams and store performances through in-depth analysis and in partnership with other departments and markets (example: Client Marketing, HR team, Finance, etc.)
  • Propose new initiatives to boost performances and enhance tools
  • Partner with markets to identify dedicated action plans and follow up with the execution


Support the International Retail Performance Manager in defining and executing people related projects and initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Retail roles, responsibilities and KPIs
  • Organizational structure & store sizing
  • Development & animation initiatives for Retail teams (in partnership with the HR teams) (Example: Retails Career paths, Learning programs, etc.)
  • Retail Team guidelines including but not limited to grooming guidelines, staff consignments, uniforms, etc


Contribute to the International Commercial department initiatives including but not limited International summits/gatherings, strategic plan




  • You possess a Master degree and 5+ years of work experience, in the Retail field is preferred
  • You have an international profile: previous experience in local markets/subsidiaries is preferred and previous in-store experience would be a plus
  • You possess excellent project management competences, including but not limited to planning & organizational skills
  • You handle multiple projects simultaneously and you are comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationship with different stakeholders and counterparts
  • You are an enthusiastic team player and a constructive communicator
  • You possess an analytical mindset and a data drive approach
  • You master MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
