HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a L&D Manager for Europe and Perfumes at Cartier, some of your key responsibilities will be to:
 

  • Identify and analyze the L&D plan according to business and people development strategies
  • Set-up the regional budget according to learning and development priorities
  • Define the training calendar of the regional L&D initiatives 
  • Animate the local L&D community with best practices sharing, fostering cross markets missions, designing cross market initiatives. 
  • Build and create the Regional training plan and advise local L&D on local training plans with appropriate solutions within
  • Develop and refine regional training programs and support local markets with their needs
  • Manage organization and logistics of regional training sessions
  • Lead the design and development of course content
  • Measure follow-up actions results of each training session to improve L&D activity
  • Conduct learning needs assessment with targeted groups and provide relevant learning interventions to meet the needs
  • Undertake other L&D and Leadership Development initiatives and execute project-based work


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organization Psychology, or relevant discipline. 
  • You have a minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in L&D functions within international and matrix environments
  • Prior experience leading a team is a must have and experience in coaching is also highly regarded
  • Luxury Retail experience a big plus. 
  • You are fluent in both English and French 
  • You have strong communication skills to liaise with different markets, stakeholders from different levels. 
  • You are able to demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm, curiosity and motivation and you will want nothing less than delivering the best to Our People.
