Cartier is currently at the heart of an extraordinary digital acceleration and over the last year E-commerce developments and expansion has become more than ever before at the center of the Maison’s strategy. In this intense transformation of our eco-system, our Intl. e-Merchandising team is recruiting an Intl. E-commerce Catalog Coordinator who will have a particular focus our newly added Sales Force Commerce Cloud platform.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

SFCC CATALOG MANAGEMENT (40%)
Ensure product publications on SFCC, across multiple countries
Collaborate with local E-merchandising teams to maintain and optimize their e-catalog
Work with PIM/DAM and other teams to reach continuous operational improvements
Work with technical teams and follow up on development needs and bugs resolution status
 

SALES FORCE MIGRATION SUPPORT (30%)
Be the referent for new market catalog migrations to SFCC 
Participate to user testing and keep a consolidated view of open points 
Raise issues and ensure close follow up in collaboration with the technical teams
Create related documents and process to unlock local market autonomy
 

E-MERCH CATALOG QUALITY CONTROL, ACROSS PLATFORMS (30%)
Be the main lead to ensure catalog standards are met across all platforms
On going front-end checks on catalog, contents and features
Create and maintain a quality review dashboard
Coordinate needed actions in partnership with the team and transversal teams 
 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Bachelor’s degree with min 3 yrs experience in a similar position, in an international environment. 
In depth knowledge of Sales Force Commerce Cloud Backoffice and E-merchandising features – a must have 
Strong working knowledge of PIM and DAM and high interest for marketing 
Digital appetence and at ease with complex and technical ecosystem 
Strong operational background with capacity to work transversally
Pro-active, attention to detail, methodical 
Good command of Jira, Confluence or similar tools is a plus
Strong command of English and French, both spoken and written.
