<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">The International Client Services Coordinator supports the efficient running of the Client Services team by carrying out the transversal activities of the department and by coordinating the contributions of its members; he or she supports the smooth collaboration of the department with the whole Client Marketing team, the other central departments and the markets.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">1.    Community animation

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Update regularly the department’s induction kit
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Publish the department news in all internal touchpoints (Connect, Atlas, Yammer…)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Co-lead the organization of community events (Client Marketing Community Meeting, team gatherings)

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">2.    Meetings coordination

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Plan the regular and ad hoc team meetings and update the contact list
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Gather the topics and double-check the presentations
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Edit the minutes and ensure the follow up

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">3.    Data gathering

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Review regularly the competition’s offer
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Gather feedbacks from local contacts
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Liaise between markets and IFOP for the Client Experience Barometer’s weekly extractions

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">4.    Budget and vendors

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Coordinate the team reporting
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Manage the contracts, fees registrations and payments
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Ensure the alignment of CAPEX budgets at the central and market level

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Ideally a first experience working preferably in the Retail and luxury industry
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">University degree
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Fluency in English and French, a 3rd language is a plus
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Great sensitivity to client’s needs & aspirations
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Analytical
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sabon MT",serif">Organized and managing one’s time
