We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital innovation to join our Business Excellence team for a 6-12 month internship starting in August 2025. 

YOU WILL BE

Immersed in our organization and Swiss culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Cartier. You will join our Office, based in Meyrin, and participate in the Maison’s exciting journey towards digital transformation. You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams across the market. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the luxury industry and contribute to impactful projects.

YOUR MISSIONS

E-COMMERCE

• Daily Operations: Coordinate and optimize our eCommerce operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
• Data-driven insights: Accompany the Business Excellence Team in analyzing eCommerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

• Digital champion: Assist in the development and implementation of innovative digital tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
• Strategic alignment: Coordinate meetings on budget forecasts with the departments heads, ensuring all projects are aligned with our strategic vision.
• Project management: Keep a watchful eye on all projects, ensuring they stay on track and deliver impactful results.
• Sustainability roadmap: Coordinate the office’s and the boutique’s environmental reporting, measuring our environmental impact with the objective of reducing it.

STORE DESIGN

• On-the-ground support: Provide ad-hoc on-site assistance to the Store Design team, ensuring seamless execution of store design projects.
• Creative collaboration: Coordinate the Briefing process of new store design projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Data management: Be responsible for maintaining and analyzing Store Design data, providing valuable insights for future projects.

By joining the Maison and the department, you will discover the functioning a 360 degree approach environment collaborating and communicating with all colleagues on the market. You will report to the Business Excellence Manager of the market. Our team is looking forward to welcome you.

YOU ARE

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Strategy or Business Transformation or equivalent. Career shift from engineering/finance to business are welcome.
• Available to start mid August 2025
• Fluent in English, other Swiss languages would be a plus
• A digital native: You are comfortable navigating the digital landscape and have a strong understanding of e-commerce principles.
• A master of analysis: You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at interpreting data to drive informed decisions.
• A team player: You thrive in collaborative environments and are able to effectively communicate with colleagues across different departments.
• A detail-oriented problem solver: You are meticulous in your work and have a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
• A multi-tasker: You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A passionate learner: You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the success of the team.
• You have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and general affinity with MS Office suite.
• Agile, flexible, pro-active and eager to assist on various tasks all day long
• Excited to work in an international environment
