The Cartier Europe Team and Exco is overseeing the commercial activity of the Maison for the UK, France, Iberia, South-East-Europe, Switzerland, Northern-Europe and Benelux & Nordics Markets.

They are supported by two transversal functions: Finance and HR.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
We are currently looking for a Client Data & Activation Analyst Intern that will play a key role in supporting our dynamic Europe Branding & Client Engagement team in both Client Intelligence and Brand Activation activities.
This position will report to the Client & Branding Intelligence Manager and will be based in Meyrin Geneva, within our “Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie” for 6 months period starting from the January 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, update and improve relevant dashboards to automatize performance monitoring on a weekly/monthly basis
- Support European markets with reporting tool trainings, issue management, ad-hoc regional analysis & benchmarks
- Help coordinate the animation of the European client & branding community
- Work closely with other regional teams (marketing, commercial, e-commerce) to provide relevant client insights in line with their key strategic focus
- CLIENT & BRANDING INTELLIGENCE
- Support Client & Branding Intelligence manager in the monitoring of client & branding insights (client knowledge, client segmentation, data quality, branding studies)
- Participate to yearly client profiling presentation
- BRAND ACTIVATION
- Be in charge of monitoring activations (Emailing, Clienteling, Media) performance using Looker and provide actionable insights and specific testing plan.
- Support the Activation strategy of the region with specific KPIs and Client segmentation analysis.
- Liaise with Activation Agency to optimize implementation based on key business priorities.
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master in Data Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- Mandatory internship agreement
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (preferably Looker)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive mindset with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Dynamic, multitasker, flexible, team-oriented and able to show initiative
- Fluent in English
