MAIN PURPOSE

 

 

As a Strategic Project Coordinator for Cartier Iberia, you will be leading the local efforts to increase and diffuse the culture of transversality and strategic thinking. The position is key in the building and execution of the strategic priorities of the market ensuring the performance monitoring and engagement of the different stakeholders. You will act as a key transversal player within the organization and across Marketing, Communications, Commercial and Richemont support services. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in October 2024, the position is based in Madrid.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

 

  • STRATEGIC PLANNING:

  • Development and follow up of the 360º Omnichannel programming that will orchestrate the main priorities of the market in contact with the different stakeholders.  

  • Business intelligence and insights for the preparation of the Business Action Plan of the market. Execution of the document and its internal communication plan.

  • Coordination and follow-up of the execution of tactical action plans in the market: summer plans, end of year campaign, gifting process.

 

  • DIGITAL SOLUTIONS & E-RETAIL:

  • Enhancement and follow up of the current digital solutions and management of budgets accordingly.

  • Performance of ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions or deepen understanding of needs. 

  • Implementation of global digital solutions for partner’s websites by leveraging HQ knowledge and enhancements to develop the digital landscape of our Retail Partners.  

  • Partnership with the Regional teams for alignment on Cartier.es planification & issues reporting.  

  • Main referent for systems/tools/platforms access when onboarding, assuring that trainings and knowledge are well considered during onboardings & refresh sessions.

 

  • INTERNAL PROJECT COMMUNICATION:

  • Coordination and follow up of the Internal Communication plan to be implemented in the market linked to the main strategic projects for Iberia.  

  • Implementation of an assessment system of teams satisfaction with this internal communication to pivot or persevere the plan.   

  • Responsible for the internal connection with partner platforms, Client Relations Center in Amsterdam and Munich for after sales : facilitating communication, animation of teams.

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury industry, previous experience in high-end retail or luxury project manager is valued.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills: complex analysis, analytics frameworks, translating results into actionable recommendations. Able to join technical understanding with business needs.

  • Experience with Data visualization tool: Looker preferred. 

  • Strong communication skills and thrive working cross-functionally, ability to engage with colleagues at all levels of seniority. 

  • Highly organised, structured, enthusiastic, positive and pragmatic attitude. Client-centric and growth mindset. Comfortable with project management approach. 

  • Languages : English Fluent and at least Operationnal Spanish mandatory.

Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position, and motivations

Subsequently, you will be meeting with International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role

Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
