HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

You'll be fully integrated into one of our Cartier Boutiques across Europe. Our European region is comprised of 7 distinct markets (UK, France, Iberia, South-East-Europe, Switzerland, Northern-Europe and Benelux & Nordics), each with its own unique character and clientele.

This immersive experience will place you at the heart of the Cartier Maison, allowing you to:

  • Gain firsthand understanding of how our Boutiques operate and contribute to the success of our Maison.
  • Develop strong relationships with our Boutique teams, learning from experienced Sales Associates and understanding their client service approach.
  • Witness firsthand the importance of our Boutiques in fostering connections with our discerning clientele.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

  • Support the organization and animation of the boutique reception area 

  • Assist Boutique Sales Associates in their selling ceremony to create a unique moment for our clients 

  • Actively participate in the deployment of the in-store service offering (CS, Hospitality, Food & beverages) 

  • Participates in the personalized welcome of customers expected by appointment. 

  • Scrupulously applies internal processes and communicate efficiently to address clients’ needs 

  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the customer experience in the store through relevant suggestions
