We are looking for a full-time Store Design and Planning and Visual Merchandising Assistant (m/f/d) for our Maison Cartier – temporary for 24 months.

 

Your main mission

As part as of Business Transformation department, supporting our Store Design and Planning as well as Visual merchandising operations in our networks of Cartier Northern Europe market.

 

How will you make a difference?

  • You support the teams in all administrative process and tasks, incl managing documentation and information, maintaining share points, sharing requested information with HQ.
  • You coordinate the financial flows: you process invoices, create purchase orders and vendors. You ensure communication with external suppliers and a payment in a timely manner.
  • You support the SDP and VM Manager on administrative tasks, incl preparing presentations for meetings and visits.
  • You organize internal and external meetings and provide needed documentation.
  • You cover the administrative tasks of the SDP and VM coordinators during their absence.

 

 

How will you succeed with us?

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who possesses the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • Professional qualification in business or comparable experience
  • Significant and relevant experience in administrative support function
  • Strong competence with Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of SAP a plus.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and to work in a dynamic environment
  • Organized, consistent, and service-oriented work ethic
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic
  • Highly flexible and organized person, able to handle last minute changes or requests
  • Ability to work independently and with a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Advanced command of written and spoken German and English required
