We are looking for a full-time Performance Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Maison Cartier – temporary for 12 months

 

Your main mission

As part of the Business Transformation department and part of the Digital solutions & Performance team. Responsible for the business analysis in our networks of Cartier Northern Europe market, constantly partnering with local and international stakeholders.

 

How will you make a difference?

  • You implement the business performance share point for our teams. You check and liaise with local stakeholders and assess existing reports. You summarize common KPIs (defined internationally and locally) and build necessary reports and budget tools. You present and train our management teams on the usage of the tools. Together with the management, you define the communication plan and access strategy.
  • You build looker dashboards upon needs and ad hoc requests. You provide support to teams for looker buildings. You liaise with Commercial Performance Project Manager and Client Activation Project Manager for their input and report creation. You maintain already existing dashboards with the support of the respective teams.
  • You work closely with the boutiques and the area managers in dashboard usage and liaise with Commercial teams on action plans.
  • You provide qualitative data intelligence upskilling of all teams.
  • You support the Cartier Northern Europe team in all Performance related projects.

 

How will you succeed with us?

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who possesses the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration/management or comparable experience
  • Proven experience in similar position
  • Strong analytic skills, data-driven mindset and proficiency in reporting
  • Ability to prioritize and deal with multi-tasking with multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Very good proficiency in English and German, French language skills a plus
