We are looking for a full-time Compliance Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Maison Cartier – temporary for 24 months

 

Your main mission

Part of the Business Transformation department and the Digital solution and Performance team. Responsible for the good execution of our compliance guidelines in our networks of Cartier Northern Europe market, constantly partnering with local and international stakeholders.

 

How will you make a difference?

  • You implement our local guidelines (adaption of international Boutique Operations Manual) in our boutiques. You check and liaise with local stakeholders. You adapt corresponding to local laws. You present to and train our boutique community. You share the guidelines on the corresponding share point.
  • You coach our boutiques in audit preparation. You identify pain points; you organize trainings and preparation documents. You support with checklists and organize necessary reports from the respective teams. You follow-up with commercial and finance teams and work on continuous improvement.
  • You provide support on compliance guidelines. You train and guide the HQ colleagues and align with Int. procurement teams. You monitor new guidelines and implement them locally (with adaption when applicable).
  • You are the referent in terms of compliance updates, projects and status. You communicate regularly on news, are up to date on Richemont and brand rules, you advise local management teams. You seek improvements in the daily operations of boutiques as well as HQ. You search for best practices outside the Richemont group.
  • You animate a compliance community by department and boutique.

 

How will you succeed with us?

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who possesses the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration/management or comparable experience
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in similar position as well as strong ability to prioritize and deal with multi-tasking with multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and proficiency in reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of German legislation is a plus
  • Very good proficiency in English and German, French language skills a plus
