Stock Administrator

(Permanent, Full-time)

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

You will be responsible of the application of all transactions and stock procedures, ensures the daily management of the boutique stock, operations, compliance and the e-commerce orders.

 

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 


1. Daily Transaction Management & Banking Responsibilities

 

  • Checks the validity and details of all invoices 
  • Ensures the follow up of deposits, charges and refunds 
  • Exchanges information with the financial back office 
  • Solves all payment problems 
  • Prepares and executes banking reconciliation on daily basis 
  • Investigates and solves discrepancies 

 

2. Daily Stock Management

 

  • Manages all stock transfers (reception, departure, BTQ-BTQ) 
  • Controls the quality of all stock transfers (reception and departure) 
  • Manages client reservations 
  • Manages consignments (daily, event, press, etc.) 
  • Prepares pieces for display 
  • Price labelling 
  • Price changes 
  • Manages all omni-channel orders from a stock management perspective 
  • Manage safe and understock organization 

 

3. E-Commerce 

 

  • In charge of preparations of e-commerce sales on daily basis 
  • Managing returns and refunds from e-commerce 
  • Managing e-commerce products & clients database 
  • Coordinate with head office online team (price change preparation, product assortment, product selection, information to correct) 
  • Contact clients in case of specific requests 

 

4. Inventories & Compliance

 

  • Manages the annual counts, cycle counts and spot checks
  • Manages all additional inventories as requested (certificates, stones, etc.) 
  • Ensures the application, communication and respect of strict stock handling in line with the Group and Maison policies & procedures

 

5. Boutique organization 

 

  • Manage current and pending orders of valuables and non valuable 
  • Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment
  • Participate in daily life, opening and closing of the boutique
  • Support special projects (transformation and pop ups)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Maison products, heritage and values
