Stock Administrator

(Permanent, Full-time)

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

You will be in charge of the administration of all cash-desk and stock procedures, and ensures the daily management of the boutique cash-desk and stock. 

 

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 

 

1: Daily Cash-Desk Management

-    Guarantees the application and reliability of all financial procedures
-    Executes all opening and closing cash-desk procedures
-    Executes all payments and ensures the follow up of all payments
-    Ensures the follow up of deposits, VAT-off sales and refunds  
-    Executes and provides cash-desk reports 
-    Exchanges information with the financial back office
-    Provides the required documents to the financial department
-    Controls daily the balance of the cash-desk

 

2: Daily Stock Management

-    Manages all stock transfers
-    Controls the quality of all stock transfers
-    Manages client reservations
-    Manages consignments
-    Prepares pieces for display
-    Price labelling
-    Price changes
-    Manages all omni-channel orders from a stock management perspective

 

3: Inventories

-    Manages the annual count, cycle count and spot counts
-    Manages all additional inventories as requested (certificates, stones, etc.)

 

4: Compliance

-    Ensures that the cash desk and stock handling is in line with the all compliance procedures and rules
-    Ensures all procedures and guidelines updates are shared with the teams

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • Fluent English, (native preferred or excellent level of conversational and written language (incl. spelling aptitude)
  • Client service-oriented, with Luxury industry experience
  • Experience in administrative role and aptitude for organisation


Technical skills and abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Knowledgeable about Watchmaking, and Jewelry techniques and Cartier products
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, SAP experience is beneficial
  • Strong command of IT systems & applications mandatory
