HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will join the UK Product Operations team which supports Internal Retail Boutiques, External Boutiques and Commercial partners across the UK and Ireland.

We are working closely with a similar department based in Geneva covering 7 subsidiaries in Europe, sharing a common vision and objectives and enriched by the diversity of each Market.

The Omnichannel Product Operations Executive is a key contributor within our Omnichannel Product Operations department. This role will be responsible for efficiently ensuring the administration of orders and deliveries to offer the highest service towards all our points of sales, in collaboration with their Retail Operating hours: Internal Boutiques, External Boutiques and Commercial partners. This person must possess an understanding of order system management and have proven experience in collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables in a client-centric luxury environment.

Manage orders for all networks

  • Manage customer enquiries and firm orders to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Follow up delivery flows from product request to final delivery
  • Daily check the automated replenishment orders: Model Stock, Automatic Replenishment, Back-to-back and Click-from-store orders
  • Manage cross-border and cross-networks transfers when necessary

Support Boutiques and POS Operations

  • Packaging orders
  • SAP and Booster stock and sales support
  • Follow up product reservations
  • Claims consolidation and submission
  • Perform annual returns for destruction or out of range products according to Markets recommendations
  • Manage local Watch conversions for Exotic Ban
  • MDM/Pricing data redlights

Be a key player for our External Boutiques and commercial specificities

  • Manage sellable consignment orders (creations, returns, sales)
  • Update/clean the backorder portfolio
  • Monitor and follow-up on partners backorders and ensure proper integration for invoicing

Manage Operations and stock

  • Allocate stock (launch quantities, constrained references) according to Markets recommendations
  • Create manual replenishment of central Market stock for requests outside DR

Monitoring

  • Operations, stock and orders
  • Analyze complex situations and determine best solutions for troubleshooting
  • Proactively Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in our current processes
  • Monitor the activity on your dedicated territory and keep a clean situation regarding consignments, transfers, PO, SO and ODN (redlight, delivery blocks, billing blocks), DRP-No portfolio.
  • Clean stock in Local Logistics

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • First-hand experience in a Client Centric industry
  • Strong interest in IT systems and excellent computer skills on Excel & SAP
  • Experience in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
  • Excellent collaborative & organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Ability to trouble shoot, eager to learn and take initiatives
  • Eager to share and develop other talents in the team
  • Driven individual with potential of future development within the Maison
  • Fluent in English, any additional European language is a plus
