Cartier – Merchandising Assistant Intern

(Full time, 6 month internship)

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Supporting Merchandisers in their day-to-day tasks on Jewellery, Watches and Accessories, ensuring optimum stock to meet customers’ needs and maintain stock objectives.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Order Management with supplier (Cartier Operations)

  • Create and follow Purchase Orders with supplier
  • Create and manage stock returns to supplier

 

Stock Planning with Press, PR & Events Team

  • Keeping healthy Press stock, removing regularly out-of-range pcs from Press stock, and ensuring they highlight novelties.
  • Manage stock for Events and Photo shoots - co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery.
  • Manage the arrival, distribution and return of prototypes. Closely collaborate with local Logistics, Product team and Central counterparts to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with PR/Events team for all gratuities. Source stock, where necessary and process FOC Sales Order and timely delivery

 

Watch Straps Stock Management

  • Order to the Manufacture, follow-up, overview shipments.

 

 

Staff Sales Support

  • Work with Merchandisers in organizing Staff Sales and following-up product delivery.

 

You will work closely with Merchandising team members, Sales Associates, Suppliers (Cartier Operations), Product Marketing/Communication team, PR/Press, Logistics, Exports Department

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • Organized with a true understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy of information
  • Strong computer skills with experience of working with SAP (preferred) or similar business software.
  • Brief understanding of Import/Export
  • Advanced Excel skills and numeric ability
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
