How will you make an impact? 

  • You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills
  • You will enjoy the aftersales element of the role: listening to client queries, registering repairs in our system, following up repair processess, liaising with the repairs centre
  • You will act as a role model, constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships
  • You will carry out administrative tasks such as aftersales follow up, control inventory quality, replying to all customer queries
  • You will participate to off-site events and clientelling activities organised by marketing and event team

  • You will have a solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail, preferably within fine jewellery
  • You will be results and action oriented, able to work in a highly competitive and successful environment
