  • You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills
  • You will act as a role model, constantly nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships
  • You will uphold the highest boutique operations standards, including stock, VM and aftersales procedures
  • You will participate to off-site events and clientelling activities

  • You will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop a number of high networth clients and VIP clients
  • You will have a solid knowledge and passion for gemstones and High Jewellery

  • You will be meticulous, highly client focused and organized
  • You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills
