Cartier - CRM Analyst 

1 year fixed term, ASAP start


How will you make an impact? 

  • You will leverage multiple data sources and data tools to deliver ad hoc customer analysis & reporting, with the aim of building reports, monitoring the performance of specific marketing campaigns and therefore infor our stakeholders
  • You will refine and translate business requirements to build targeted audiences 
  • You will set up, schedule, automate marketing campaigns/journeys for one-to-many activations or clienteling
  • You will set up parameters for new campaigns in Clienteling app
  • You will assist on preparing detailed technical brief for marketing agency
  • For you data quality will be key. You will contribute to the ongoing cleansing of the CRM database ensuring information is accurate and up to date, including the client reassignment process


How will you experience success with us?

  • You will ideally have just completed an University degree in Economics, Math, Data Analysis or equivalent
  • You will be an excelled communicator, with impeccable written and verbal English skills
  • You will be analytical and detail orientated in your approach to work, able to manipulate data to uncover insights
  • You will be proactive with an ability to prioritise in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • You will be accustomed to liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
  • You will have experience with business intelligence solutions (SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or Microsoft Power BI)
  • Knowledge and understanding of multi-platform applications and modules
  • You will be an expert in Excel
  • You will have basic knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus (Marketing Cloud / Service Cloud)

As CRM Analyst you will play a key role in supporting our Client team of 6 people. This is an exciting role in which you will be involved in both strategic and client-centric initiatives. Working mostly in an analytical capacity, this will be a fantastic opportunity to further develop your understanding of the luxury business and its clientele.
