HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • As an ambassador of the Cartier Maison, you are responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting time and ultimately ensuring an exceptional customer experience in the most efficient manner.
  • You will play a vital role in managing the client flow within our boutique; directing clients towards the hospitality team when necessary, whilst providing introductory story-telling about the Maison during any waiting time.
  • As the first point of contact for all clients, you will be inquisitive in asking relevant questions to decipher a customer’s buying orientation; relaying this key information back to the sales team who will conduct the selling ceremony.
  • You will be in charge of answering client’s requests from phone calls and emails and also proactively prepare the pre-booked appointments enquirie
  • As a key member of the team, you will facilitate a positive and productive boutique environment through personal skills and team spirit and create a highly collaborative dynamic within the boutique
  • You will be required to partake in Sales Associate activities, such as gift wrapping, accompanying clients to the door upon departure and supporting with general care service duties.
  • You will be responsible of boutique supply inventory including replenishment needs, order process and optimal storage optimization.
  • As an ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and appearance of the sales floor

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • With your contagious energy, you will play an essential part in the smooth running of our boutique and seamless customer journey. With this responsibility in mind, you will need to have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • We are looking for individuals who are naturally proactive and take initiative. Often our boutiques are extremely busy environments, so having the ability to remain calm under pressure and the one to prioritise are key.
  • The existing team would welcome an organized, positive and supportive colleague, who contributes in all daily operations and additional projects
