Job Mission  

 

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will ensure the efficiency of the daily operations of a section within the boutique and animates sales staff. In addition, you will achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional client experience before, during and after a sale. 

 

Main Accountabilities  

 

1. Team Management & People Development  

  • Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, the Supervisor will design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles and ensure proactively the talent pipeline in your part of the sales staff. Drives performance and compensation management, ensures people development, motivates and reinforces engagement  
  • Ensures the day-to-day management, training, coaching and animation of a part of the sales staff  

 

2. Boutique Operations  

  • Ensures the implementation and respect of all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines  
  • Ensure the implementation and respect of Visual Merchandising guidelines  
  • Ensures that the section of the boutique and its counters are in a perfect condition  
  • Is responsible for the availability, knowledge and use of client and sales tools  
  • Assists the Deputy Boutique Manager(s) with boutique reports if requested  
  • Participates in inventories 

 

3. Boutique Performance Management  

  • Assists the Boutique Management with the definition, implementation and monitoring of action plans to achieve Maison, boutique and category sales targets  

 

4. Sales Achievements & Client Portfolio Development  

  • Ensures a unique and exceptional client experience before, during and after a sale  
  • Masters perfectly the steps of a sale.
  • Adapts according to the clients’ needs and motivations  
  • Deals with ease during negotiations and with objections  
  • Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative  
  • Cultivates a strong client relationship to develop client loyalty and client portfolio  
  • Participates to client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison
