MISSION

 

Seeking for creative, hardworking individual who is looking to gain hands-on experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in a highly collaborative environment. During your internship at Cartier Malaysia, you will be a key member of the Marketing, Communications and Client team to support its activities working on various topics from PR to Events, Clients & Marketing.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Marketing

  1. Business intelligence: Responsible for monthly reports of the competition activations to be presented during our monthly meeting.

 

Public Relations

  1. PR Monitoring & Clipping: Keep track of daily editorial coverage and file systematically. Dispatch Real Time News and Best Coverage reports to HQ in a timely manner.
  2. PR Logistics: Work with multiple departments to execute all logistics and security processes to facilitate Gifting and Photoshoot organization on and off site. Including but not limited to: Loan facilitation forms, security, transportation delivery, on-site product condition check and return.
  3. Database & Asset Management: Additionally, the intern will assist in updating the master database as well as retrieve and classify all press files in their respective folders.
  4. Inventory Management: Responsible for keeping count of press room inventory and ensuring neatness for easy access.

 

Event

  1. Support with planning and execution: product-related events including but not limited to ‘Pop Ups’ / Exhibitions, ad hoc press events and Boutique Animation programming from preparation (proposal decks, source and liaise with vendors) to execution (on-ground support).
  2. Inventory Management: Assist to manage event’s inventory both in the storeroom and warehouse.

 

Client

  1. Support Client’s Manager in Client data analysis: Data extraction to support boutiques for Client selection for events, to analyse evolution of different segments and follow-up of the client KPIs.
  2. Actively participate in Client activation: Coordination of the client gifting from conceptualization, liaison with internal stakeholders and vendors to gifting preparation and delivery, Coordination and Participation to the brief of our local CRM Campaign.
  3. Support Client treatment: both during events and in-boutique from conceptualization, vendors coordination to execution.
  4. Participate to the analysis of the Client Satisfaction through our internal evaluation tool: identify and report gaps.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Creative, curious, proactive, and resourceful
  • Organized and meticulous attention to details.
  • A positive attitude, strong desire to learn and result driven.
  • Team player with strong collaborative spirit
  • Highly motivated, strong ability to multi-task projects concurrently
