How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to ensure our boutique in Jeddah is a leading boutique within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and lead operational and commercial activities on a daily basis. You will actively plan and strategize for the commerical growth of your boutique, partake in recruitment of a leading team, coach and mentor your team for success & ensure boutique compliance through your operations understanding.  As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for implementing boutique action plans, animate local and regional activations with clients, anticipate future luxury trends & have a sound awareness of the Maison and luxury pulse in Saudi Arabia. 


How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Arabic  with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You have a minimum of 5 years previous work experience in Retail Management, preferably in the luxury industry, where you have been able to run a boutique from end to end whilst cultivating an inspirational work environment for your team. You are comfortable with sales data, reporting, building client strategy & able to lead a team with ease. You are able to be flexible and agile and prioritize the client needs to ensure they have a world class experience at the Maison. Due to Nationalization, we can only consider Saudi nationals for this role.
